In 2003, Array Services Group, Inc., was created to unite a diverse family of companies under one roof and provide clients with shared services and a remarkable depth and breadth of experience and expertise.
Our three innovative business units — CareCall, ProSource, and JCC — offer professional services in call management disciplines, account receivables management, medical billing, and debt collection for a variety of industries.

CareCall, Inc.
CareCall is a recognized leader in proactive customer satisfaction, retention, and support. Founded
in 1991, CareCall specializes in providing outsourced services to health care, financial, technology, and
telecommunications organizations throughout the United States. A full contact center, we provide both inbound
and outbound capabilities with Internet ready workstations, web, e-mail, and mail survey processing services
across multiple call centers. Headquartered in Sartell, Minn., the company serves more than 100 organizations
nationwide.
ProSource Billing, Inc.
ProSource is a first-party medical outsourcing solution for health care providers, offering a full range of
revenue cycle management services. Utilizing a highly experienced staff and the latest technology, we've
established an impressive record of effective and efficient collection of receivables — increasing efficiency
and improving cash flow for our customers — while allowing them to focus on their core business. At the same
time, we recognize the importance of treating your customers with dignity and respect, retrieving medical
records and pursuing collection with sensitivity, in a highly professional and ethical manner. The agency
opened in 1996 and is located in Sauk Rapids, Minn.
J.C. Christensen & Associates, Inc.
Established in 1977 and located in Sauk Rapids, Minn., JCC is a premier third-party accounts receivable
management company with a national reputation and significant industry experience and market knowledge —
particularly in the fields of health care and financial services. Building on a tradition of strength,
stability and expertise, and utilizing the most current technology, JCC provides customers with a range of debt
collection services to meet all their receivables management needs.
