Giving Back

At Array Services Group, we strive to be a trusted and valued community partner and to positively impact the Central Minnesota community. We believe that giving back to our local community is fundamental to our long-term success. We put our commitment into action by making donations, as well as sponsoring and supporting numerous charitable causes.

Our corporate citizenship program is founded on the same principles that direct our business activities and primarily focuses on the areas of health care, education, and community services.

We also support the volunteer efforts of our employees by giving special consideration to the organizations in which they play an active role. All Array employees are encouraged to play an active role by volunteering their time and talents to positively impact the lives of others and to strengthen Central Minnesota through service. Our employees have volunteered in classrooms, mentored or coached children and youth, and teamed up to serve community non-profit campaigns — often in leadership roles.
