Jim Christensen

Jim Christensen, owner of Array Services Group and its business units, believes the industries in which we operate are about serving people. Specifically, he considers our clients to be business partners who should have a voice in all aspects of our services. That’s why, at Array and with all its business units, you have a voice.

Since 1973, Jim has owned and managed national debt recovery operations in the healthcare sector, purchasing what is now JCC in 1977. Jim was a key contributor in the attorney general’s consent decree and guidelines for billing and debt recovery in Minnesota healthcare. He is the only CEO to voluntarily submit his debt recovery company to a continuous third-party audit led by the office of Minnesota’s attorney general.

Jim earned a scholar degree and master credit executive designation from ACA and has served as an ACA instructor since 2000. Jim is currently the treasurer of the Minnesota Association of Collectors.
