Chad Lemke

Chad Lemke, chief operating officer, has extensive experience in all aspects of call center operations, organizational development, and analytics. His background has made him a substantial contributor to our operation and a key contributor to the development of Array’s executive team.  Chad possesses a comprehensive understanding of recovery and call center operations related to credit card, loan, commercial, and healthcare debt recovery activities. 

Since 1997, Chad has held director and executive-level management positions in charge of multiple, large-scale debt recovery platforms, servicing all types and stages of debt. His primary leadership role closely monitors our call center operations for debt recovery strategy, team development, and staff motivation. Under Chad’s leadership, Array has built and maintained lasting customer relationships and implemented strategic processes designed to maximize recoveries and bring our clients unparalleled results.
