Company Paid Benefits

Health Insurance

• Array pays for 100% of the total standard cost of your healthcare premium for employee coverage. This premium pays for a 'High Deductible Health Plan' through which you can receive medical and prescription drug coverage.  You may enroll in one of the following:  Medica, Blue Cross Blue Shield, or MCHA.  Under these plans, most services are subject to the deductible and then covered at 100% once the deductible is met.  Each plan offers immediate coverage for preventative care up to an amount of $300. This preventative coverage is exempt from the deductible requirements.

Life Insurance

• Basic Life and AD&D Insurance is provided to all eligible employees. Array  pays the entire cost of the premium for a benefit equal to the amount of your annual salary rounded up to the nearest $1,000.

Routine Care - HP Health Station®

• Array provides all employees with access to the Health Partners  Health Station® - Free of charge. At this station, employees can be seen for screenings, vaccinations,  and selected treatments such as strep throat, cold and cough, ear infections, etc. This is an efficient and cost effective way to manage routine care. Located in select Coborn's© and Cashwise© stores. Some perks associated with this are: No appointment necessary. Open 7 days a week and into the early evening, First-come, first-served, Visits take about 15 minutes

HRA Plan - Annual Contribution

• To help you pay the deductible mentioned in the Health Insurance section, Array has set aside money into an HRA account in the amount of $1,500 per year per employee.  This amount is prorated for newly eligible participants.  In every plan year, an employee will be required to spend personal resources before reserved HRA funds are made available.
