New Hire Referral Bonus Program

• As an employee of Array, you will be rewarded financially when you refer individuals who are placed for employment within our company. The plans differ by business unit.

Retirement Plan

Salary Deferral - 401 (k)

• Eligible employees can save for retirement (on a tax-deferred basis) through payroll deductions, choosing from a wide variety of investments.

Annual Profit Sharing

• The Plan allows for employer contributions - which have been consistently made for several years - in the form of an end-of-year profit sharing contribution. When made, Array's payment is allocated to  employees on a pro-rata earnings basis. Over the years, Array's typical contribution has been on
• or around 3% (of eligible earnings). Employees have enjoyed significantly higher contributions in some years. For the 2009 year, Array's contribution was almost $1,ooo,ooo.

Training & Advancement Opportunities

Tuition Reimbursement

• Tuition Reimbursement is designed to financially assist employees who further their education in areas that relate to career-pathing at Array. Reimbursement is limited to $2,500 per year, prorated to your category.

Professional Development

• In an effort to continually support professional development and job performance, periodic ongoing training is provided to employees.

Discount programs are provided periodically. Examples follow:

Wells Fargo Bank and Bremer Bank offer free checking, along with several other financial perks.

Rasmussen offers a 10% tuition discount program.  Just enroll in one of their many qualified degree programs, and you will automatically be given a 10% discount off your tuition fees.
