Paid Personal Days

Paid Time Off (PTO)

• Array provides PTO, which combines vacation, sick and personal days into one bank of time. Under Array’s competitive philosophy, you are provided with 11 days of PTO during your first year, 16 days during years 2-5, and 21 days after only 5 years of employment (prorated for part-time employees).

Paid Holidays

• In addition to the PTO list above, each eligible employee is allotted 9 paid holidays annually.

Wellness Program

• On-site Personal Trainer/Wellness Coach - Assist you with all your exercise and wellness needs.
• Nutrition & Exercise Counseling/Classes - Meet one-on-one with the wellness coach to develop a nutrition or exercise plan to meet your goals.
• Fitness Challenges & Activities - Help keep you active, motivated and reduce stress.
• On-site Gym Equipment (w/ training) - Save time and money by working out in the work place - a great stress reliever and energy booster.
• On-site Clinics, Health Screening & Fairs - Several times a year, we offer services such as flu shots, blood pressure checks, cholesterol screenings, and more.
• Sponsorship of Athletic Teams - Array sponsors both youth and adult sports teams encouraging employees to get active.

Company-wide Social Events

Summer Picnic

• Grilling, games, and fun for everyone! This annual event is open to you and your family. It gives us the opportunity to connect and enjoy time together.

Holiday Party

• You and your spouse/significant other are invited out for an evening of fine dining and holiday cheer. Awards are presented to anniversary employees, followed by music and dancing
