ACCOUNT MANAGERS are responsible for calling Consumers to determine solutions and collecting debt.  Successful Account Managers will negotiate and establish acceptable repayment arrangements with Consumers, which can include negotiating settlement offers, while adhering to all applicable collection laws.  This position is a Full-Time opportunity.

Required Skills:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent Customer Service and or sales skills required

Preferred Skills:

• The ability to discuss account balances with individuals using excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Experience in any of the following areas, but not necessary:

-Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Business / Finance and Collections.

Bilingual / Spanish Call Center Representatives

(Full Time, Temp-to Perm)

We are looking for Full-time Bilingual / Spanish speaking Representatives to make outbound courteous calls in both Spanish and English. We offer Paid Training and a full benefits Package after 90-days.

Pay: $10.75 - $11.25 an hour (Depending on shift)

Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:00pm or 12:30pm - 9:00pm) & (2 Saturdays a month)

• Listening Skills
• Oral Communication Skills, including appropriate grammar
• Basic Computer and Keyboarding skills
• Telephone Etiquette skills
