Is your company publicly traded or privately held?
CareCall is a privately held company and a wholly owned subsidiary of its parent company, Array Services Group, Inc. Array and all of its subsidiaries are privately held.
Can our representatives make an on-site visit?
Yes. CareCall welcomes clients to visit and tour our campus. We look forward to having your representatives see our professional team in action and to answering any questions you may have. To schedule a visit, call your sales representative or our corporate office at 800-692-7374.
No. CareCall does not have any offshore call centers. Our professionally trained representatives work solely in our U.S. offices.
Do you have bilingual representatives?
Yes. Our call center currently supports Spanish and many other languages. We have a relationship with a vendor that translates Asian and European languages. Approximately 15% of our staff is bilingual.
What are your hours of operation?
To meet the demands for increased outbound call performance and responsive customer service for all inbound calls, CareCall is open 365 days of the year. Our hours of operation are customized to match our client's needs.
