The following key milestones demonstrate that you have a voice at CareCall. Each shows we have listened over the years to what our business partners have told us they want, and responded. In fact, CareCall’s sister companies, ProSource and JCC, were founded in response to client requests for revenue cycle management and accounts receivable management services.

• 1992: CareCall is founded to provide call center solutions to multiple industries as the demand for outsourced customer service support functions increases.
• 2003: Array Services Group (Array) is founded as the holding company for JCC, ProSource, and CareCall.
• 2012: CareCall celebrates 20 years of successful service to its clients.
