High-Performance Systems

Our key high-performance systems include an Avaya automatic call distribution system and a CPS E2 Enterprise Edition integrated predictive dialing system, both proven to improve client performance. We combine the power of our telecommunications systems with a network of high-performance PCs. CareCall can handle large volumes of data for list management and reporting and to access client systems through direct connections via the Internet. We allow our clients to provide us their data in almost any electronic format.

Our infrastructure provides for efficient control of customer calling programs as well as significant benefits to our staff's productivity. CareCall is currently configured to support hundreds of workstations.
