Growth and Milestones

The following key milestones demonstrate that you have a voice at JCC. Each shows we have listened over the years to what our business partners have told us they want, and responded. In fact, JCC’s sister companies, CareCall and ProSource, were founded in response to client requests for additional call center solutions and accounts receivable management services.

• 1977: Central Collection Services (now named JCC) is purchased by Jim Christensen. 
• 1985: JCC expands debt recovery services nationwide.
• 2003: Array Services Group (Array) is founded as the holding company for JCC, ProSource, and CareCall.
• 2009: Array grows to more than 400 employees, bringing a diversified group with a wealth of debt recovery, management, support, and information technology (IT) experience to our clients.
