JCC is a privately held company and a wholly owned subsidiary of its parent company, Array Services Group, Inc. Array and all of its subsidiaries are privately held and disabled veteran owned. Can our representatives make an on-site visit? Yes. JCC welcomes clients to visit and tour our facilities. Following is the basic information that JCC requires to list an account with our agency:
Is JCC SAS-70 compliant?
Yes. JCC has successfully completed a SAS-70 Type II audit. Do you use a call center in any foreign countries? No. Unlike most of its competition, JCC does not have any offshore call centers. Our professionally trained collectors work solely in U.S. locations. What is the typical number of days from initial receipt at agency to first letter/call? In a typical scenario, an initial letter is sent to all consumers with a valid mailing address within one business day of placement. In this letter, consumers are informed that their account has been placed with JCC for recovery action. Do you have bilingual collectors Yes, JCC does offer our clients bilingual debt recovery services. We currently employ several collectors who speak fluent Spanish and use translation services for other languages. Our bilingual capabilities are tailored to each program and are managed to accommodate the needs of the client. Do your supervisors also work files?
No. JCC supervisors do not work files. JCC’s policy is to limit supervisors’ duties to maintenance of our business partners’ accounts while training and overseeing staff. We emphasize training and development among the supervisors’ daily responsibilities. How often do managers review accounts?
Our managers review accounts on a daily basis. Are you compliant with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards? Yes, JCC is PCI compliant. Are you PPMS certified? Yes, JCC has been certified as a participant in ACA International’s Professional Practices Management System quality assurance program since 2008.
