At JCC, Quality and Compliance Are Top Priorities

We continuously work with business partners to refine our approach to quality and compliance. Because we know both are top concerns for clients, JCC developed and implemented a set of Professional Practices Management System guidelines and achieved certification from ACA International within this important program in 2008. We hear your requests. We embrace what is important to you because it is also important to us. At JCC, you have a voice.

JCC’s commitment to compliance covers every single law and regulation at the federal, state, and local level and includes:

  • Employing a dedicated compliance officer.
  • Recording 100% of all calls.
  • Conducting internal monitoring and auditing.
  • Maintaining effective training and education programs with two ACA-certified, full-time trainers on staff.
  • Conducting daily, random, and blind call monitoring audits with results reported to the executive team.
  • Enforcing standards through well-publicized employee guidelines.
  • Responding promptly and appropriately to alleged offenses.

More on PPMS

The ACA Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) certification required JCC to complete a rigorous process of demonstrating our compliance to industry-specific standards, practices, and policies.

The purpose of PPMS is to help increase knowledge and skills in quality and management practices. The policies and procedures developed during this certification help JCC continue a management system that supports our clients’ and our business objectives. PPMS addresses and works to minimize risks of non-compliance. Work is inspected and the results documented through internal audits. PPMS is built around ISO 9000—an internationally recognized quality management standard.

PPMS requires that we evaluate our business operations using 18 different elements:

  • Management Responsibility
  • Management System
  • Review of Client Issues
  • Document & Data Control
  • Purchasing
  • Control of Client & Customer Supplied Data
  • Data Identification & Traceability
  • Process Control
  • Inspection & Testing
  • Inspection & Test Status
  • Identification of Nonconformity
  • Corrective Action, Preventive Action & Continuous Improvement
  • Handling, Storage, Preservation & Delivery
  • Management of Records/Data
  • Internal Management Audits
  • Training
  • Process & Client Satisfaction Measurements
  • Information Management Systems & Technical Infrastructure Administration
