How We Communicate Your Results

In addition to providing you with regular updates on our progress, we take the reporting process several steps further to provide a more comprehensive approach. In addition to regularly scheduled reports you will receive electronically and can access online any time, our approach to reporting ensures you have a voice in tracking our results and includes:

  • Proactive, routine reviews for you and your staff with our operations manager(s).
  • Discussions of key performance indicators to ensure maximum results for your portfolio.
  • Opportunities for you to provide feedback and offer suggestions to further tailor your program to meet the needs of your organization.

You can also receive any of our most popular reports, in electronic or paper format, on any schedule you require. And there’s no limit to customized reporting options. Here’s what most clients ask for on a regular basis.

  • Acknowledgment Report: Itemized listing of each account placed, created, and sent within 48 hours of placement
  • Batch Track Report: Monthly tracking of placements including monthly total placement volume, total dollars collected, and total returns by placement batch
  • Account Status Report: Detailed listing of all current active accounts and their current status
  • Return Report: Monthly itemized listing of all accounts returned with an explanation as to why each was returned
