Technical Excellence Supports All JCC Collection Programs

At JCC we strive to provide the best solutions for our clients. We have invested significant financial and human resources in our technology to maximize performance and compliance. JCC leverages all that current technology has to offer. Our IT staff has extensive experience in project management, telephony, interface development, networking, virtual private networking, file transfer protocol connectivity, network security, and more. The following systems support our debt recovery programs by providing the best tools for our staff and monitoring and auditing capabilities for our management team.

Debt Recovery System JCC uses the Collection Resource System (CRS) for healthcare portfolios and Ontario Systems' Artiva Collection System for all other portfolios. These flexible, configurable systems offer the following key features:

  • Specific design to serve the third-party debt recovery industry
  • Standard and fully customizable reporting capabilities
  • Supervisor-controlled workflow management

Artiva Integrated GC Dialer: For most portfolios, JCC leverages the flexibility of Ontario Systems' Artiva Integrated GC dialer and Signature IVR. This industry-recognized system is designed specifically to meet the challenging needs of the debt recovery marketplace, offering exceptional flexibility and control to properly manage accounts, identify trends, and ensure accounts are worked to prescribed standards.

Mercury Integrated Dialer: JCC uses the Mercury Integrated Dialer for healthcare portfolios. Dialer campaigns are based on factors including client, balance, age, and score. Features of the Mercury Integrated Dialer are listed below.

  • Flexible outbound calling campaigns can be managed on demand.
  • Inbound calls are routed to the best possible agent by accessing user-defined, skills-based routing tables.
  • Call recording options provide added security and management tools.
  • Real-time statistics include online agent and line monitoring, contact statistics, and payment information.

Phone System - JCC leverages industry-leading Avaya solutions to provide enterprise telecommunications capability. Some key features of our phone system include the following:

  • Support of 450 users in multiple locations
  • Capable of significant expansion
  • Support for integration with third-party applications such as predictive dialers, IVRs, and digital logging equipment
  • Communication between sites leverages VOIP technology and is encrypted
  • Supports soft phone capabilities for rapid implementation
  • CMS call center reporting tools for historical and real-time reporting capabilities

Call Recording System: JCC has recorded every call since 1994. Our digital recording system and call recording program offer the following capabilities:

  • Desktop PC access
  • All calls available for six months for your review
  • Daily monitoring by supervisors and compliance/training staff
  • Daily audit results provided to JCC management

VPN Access: Secure connectivity to our system will be provided to you through a VPN. This Web-based tool provides online, real-time access to our debt recovery system for you to view your accounts currently in placement. From this site, you can also send and receive secure data files and communication. We currently use this site to send month-end statements and report details as well.

Secure Data Transfer: JCC receives most data through secure FTP, although other methods are also supported at a client’s request. Once data is received, it is sent to a secure area with encryption and limited access within our computing environment. All USB ports and floppy drives are disabled on machines accessing clients’ data. Physical access to our server environment is controlled by the use of digital swipe cards provided only to system administrators.

Backup and Recovery: JCC performs regular data backups for our entire organization at the corporate level as part of JCC’s business continuity and disaster recovery program. Daily backups of all systems are conducted by our IT staff. All backup media are stored off-site.
