ProSource is a privately-held company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of its parent company, Array Services Group, Inc. Array and all of its subsidiaries are privately-held. Can our representatives make an onsite visit? Yes. ProSource welcomes clients to visit and tour our facilities. We look forward to having your representatives see our professional team in action and to answering any questions you may have. To schedule a visit call your sales representative or our corporate office at 800-692-7374. Do you use a call center in any foreign countries? No. ProSource does not have any offshore call centers. Our professionally trained representatives work solely in our U.S. offices.
Is ProSource Billing a Debt Collection Agency? No. ProSource is not a debt collection agency. Rather, ProSource handles Healthcare facility business office functions and projects, such as billing, payment monitoring, pre-registration of patients etc. Do you have bilingual representatives? Yes, ProSource does offer our clients bilingual services. We also use Geo Group or the AT&T Translation Line. AT&T has certified medical interpreters in 22 languages on staff. Our bilingual services are tailored to each program and the needs of each client.
What type of payment options can our patients use? We believe that offering multiple payment options makes it easier and more convenient for your patients to satisfy their obligation to you. We accept checks, Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Western Union Quick Collect. Do your representatives hold any specialized certifications? In addition to our own proprietary training, ProSource encourages our employees to seek technical certifications for professional development. Programs such as AAHAM's CPAT and CCAT, and HFMA's certification program are encouraged for our employees. The CPAT designation is for representatives working on the hospital side of patient accounting, while the CCAT designation benefits representatives working on the clinical side. What are your hours of operation? In order to meet the demands for increased outbound call performance and responsive customer service for all inbound calls, ProSource maintains the typical office hours.
