Working with Your System

ProSource is able to accomplish this with its proprietary dialer interface, UCS. This program allows us to work all accounts assigned to each of our healthcare partners’ unique workflow requirements and needs. This unique interface technology provides true transparency to your patients. ProSource is able to review real-time updates and all notes directly from your system while speaking with your patients.

Our UCS system assists us in managing thousands of accounts daily for our healthcare partners. With this system, we can score accounts for propensity to pay as well as conduct charity care scoring. ProSource accesses your system through a virtual private network (VPN). All connections are secure and password protected.

Call Recording System - ProSource has recorded every call since inception. Our digital recording system and call recording program offer the following capabilities:

  • Desktop PC access
  • All calls available for six months for your review
  • Daily monitoring by supervisors and compliance/training staff
  • Daily audit results provided to ProSource management

Predictive Dialing Technology

ProSource uses dialer technology that has both predictive and preview capabilities. This technology is employed only for self-pay accounts in which the client provides a list of responsible parties and balance information. This powerful technology places calls within ProSource even as we work directly on your system in real time.

Data Security

Safeguarding privacy is a critical focus of our business; as such, we have addressed technical security components at the director level. The director of IT ensures that privacy is maintained within our systems and that appropriate security policies and practices are in place. Electronic data received into our system is secured through restricted network access, assigned by role or job function. Additionally, patient data is secured on our network and is never transferred to or stored on local PCs. ProSource receives most data through secure FTP, although other methods are also supported based on each healthcare partner’s request.
